Fording & Shower
All electronics sealed to IP67. Motor housings use O-ring grooves with waterproof sealant. 48V battery and VESCs housed in IP67 enclosure. Traverses up to 40cm water depth with ToF sensor depth monitoring.

RPLIDAR A2 360°, Luxonis OAK-D stereo depth, MPU-9250 IMU, 6× VL53L1X ToF, dual 1080p USB cameras, RTK GPS.
AI & Compute
NVIDIA Jetson Nano 8GB runs ROS2 Nav2 full stack. Teensy 4.1 handles real-time safety monitoring at 600MHz, isolated from main compute.
Control Layer
ROS2 Nav2 behavior trees orchestrate SLAM, global A* path planning, DWA local avoidance, and adaptive obstacle-climb torque control.
Power Layer
LiFePO4 4.8kWh at 48V nominal. VESC 75/300 per-wheel FOC motor control with regenerative braking. DC-DC to 5V/12V for logic.
Operator Interface
2.4GHz RC system with FlySky/Radiolink receiver. Manual override always available. Emergency stop on isolated MCU.
